 January 21, 1998 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Frank Kachinski, formerly of Willow Street, Dunmore, died Wednesday at the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Holiday Manor, ScrantonBorn in Duryea, he was the son of the late Frank and
Rose Wanda Kachinski. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Educated in Duryea schools, he was formerly employed in the area mines. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He once enjoyed racing pigeons and was active with various racing clubs in
the area. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Lucille Nardozzi, and a
sister, Sophie Manaco. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving area a brother, Edward Kachinski, Duryea; a sister, Mary Ann
Romanelli, Hamstead, Long Island, N.Y.; a stepdaughter, Penny Conway, Dunmore;
two stepgrandchildren. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
