The chronology of Lori Stull's status &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Here is the history of Lori Stull's comings and goings at the Luzerne
County &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Correctional Facility. Although her county sentence has ended with her
parole, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 she still must serve a state prison sentence on an unrelated drug
conviction in Pike CountyJune 11, 1996: Senior Judge Bernard Podcasy sentences
Stull to 15 to 30 months in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for her
guilty plea to drug charges and also imposes two years probation. He sets a
reporting date for June 18 and later extends it one week. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 June 25: Stull doesn't report and flees to Florida, where she is arrested. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Sept. 10: Stull is returned to the Luzerne County prison. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 March 26, 1997: Podcasy orders Stull released between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
daily to take care of her four children at her Moosic home. Her husband,
Willard, has cancer of the brain and cannot care for the children. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Sept. 4: Stull tests positive for a controlled substance and her child care
release is revoked. Her attorney argues the test resulted from a medication
given at the prison. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Oct. 1: Podcasy reinstates Stull's child care release. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nov. 10: A drug conspiracy trial begins in Pike County and ends with her
conviction. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nov. 23: Stull tries to have sex with a prison guard and later admits to it
during a criminal investigation of the guard. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Nov. 26-28: Podcasy grants a Thanksgiving furlough for Stull, prompting her
release from the prison. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 2, 1998: Podcasy grants a furlough for an indefinite period as the
condition of Stull's husband worsens. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 22: Pike County Judge Harold A. Thomson Jr. sentences Stull to 2 to 5
years in a state prison and orders her returned to the Luzerne County prison
for processing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 23: The Luzerne County prison refuses to take Stull so Thomson orders
her to the State Correctional Institution at Muncy. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 27: Although Stull was in SCI Muncy on this date, Podcasy orders the
Pike County prison to release Stull for transport to an upcoming hearing in
Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 28: Podcasy orders the warden at SCI Muncy to release Stull for the
hearing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jan. 30: Podcasy revokes Stull's furlough and, unaware her parole has been
granted, orders
