 This February, the Northeast Highway Safety Program will join the Nation in
celebrating "Child Passenger Safety Month" by conducting carseat/seatbelt
programs at local schools and daycares. The following is a list of locations
and dates: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 9: 9 to 10:30 a.m., training for staff and parents at Beekman St.
Headstart Center, 23 Beekman St., Wilkes-Barre. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 12: 9 to 9:15 a.m., St. Mary's Pre-School, 522 Madison St.,
Wilkes-Barre; 10 a.m., Hickory Dickory Dock Daycare, Route 92, Falls. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Feb. 18: 9:30 to 10 a.m., Gateway to Learning Center, Gateway Shopping
