 February 7, 1998 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stanley R. Parys, 82, of RR 2, Laceyville, died Saturday at Tyler Memorial &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Hospital, TunkhannockBorn in Wilkes-Barre on Feb. 12, 1915, he was son of
the late Louis and Anna Frask Parys. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was employed as a coal miner and a carpenter. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Parys, in 1987; and a sister,
Mary Shoemaker. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are his sons, Arthur S., Greensburg; John L., Mount Union;
brothers Joseph, Dearborn, Mich.; John M., Laceyville; sisters Bernice
Ramsure, North Carolina; Genevieve Aroano, New Jersey; six grandchildren; and
