 February 19, 1998 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Abbie A. Getz, 90, of White Haven, died Thursday at the Davis Manor Nursing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Home, MountaintopBorn in Quakake, she resided in the White Haven area for
the past 20 years. She also resided in Allentown. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was daughter of the late Daniel and Amelia Monk Smith. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of People's Evangelical Community Church, Lehighton, and
the Senior Citizens of White Haven. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy, in 1968; brothers, Charles,
Stern and Jacob; and a sister, Meta. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving are sons, Robert Getz, Waterloo, N.Y.; Ronald Getz, Sturger,
Texas; a daughter, Marion Getz, White Haven; five grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lloyd Smith, Gettysburg. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
