WYOMING- To avoid mounting fines, a leader in the area's escort and massage
industry has decided to move his businesses to Kingston. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Al Carpinet Jr., the owner of Perfect 10, Elite Escorts and Affordable
Angels, said he has signed a 12-month lease for a commercially zoned property
on Pierce Street. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Last month, Wyoming council passed several ordinances restricting massage
and escort services. At the same time, police started citing Carpinet for
zoning violations because his business is in a residential district. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Technically, the $500-a-day fines were piled on Al Carpinet Sr., a former
councilman, because he owns the house in which the junior Carpinet lives. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The fines ceased on Nov. 7 because the elder Carpinet was admitted to a
hospital to undergo a triple-bypass operation, Wyoming Mayor Robert DiPietro
said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "It didn't make sense to hammer a guy when he has health problems; we
proved our point," DiPietro said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Carpinet Jr. still maintains the citations are nonsense because he runs an
out-call escort service from his home- out-call means the women go to a hotel
or a customer's house. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Through the magic of state-of-the-art electronics, Carpinet said he will be
able to answer the Pierce Street telephone from his house or car. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 "The phone will ring where I want it to ring and I'll answer it where I
want to answer it," said Carpinet, adding that bills will go to the Kingston
address. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
