WILKES-BARRE &#8211; UGI Utilities will upgrade an existing gas line on Washington Street, from South to Market streets, beginning on Thursday, April 16.The project which will start on South Street is expected to last six weeks with some evening work included.UGI is directing drivers to seek alternate routes to avoid delays in areas affected by lane restrictions and traffic pattern modifications.
