right) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; were featured in ``A Christmas Carol'' at the Music Box Dinner Playhouse in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 SwoyersvilleKuzmak, an eighth-grade student at MMI in Freeland, made his
debut as a caroler and a street urchin. Brennan, a resident of Hazleton and a
Hazleton Area High School speech and drama teacher, has played more than 30
supporting and lead roles with the Music Box Players. Barletta, a sixth-grade
student at Valley Elementary School in Sugarloaf, first appeared at the Music
Box in the September production of Cabaret and is a member of the Wyoming
Valley Children's Chorus. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Twenty-one students from Transfiguration Elementary School in West Hazleton
participated in a math-a-thon sponsored by St. Jude's Children's Research
Hospital. The event helped raise $313.71 for the young patients. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
