TUNKHANNOCK TWP. - An 18-year-old Wilkes-Barre woman was arrested at a
Wyoming County resort after a fight with another woman involving a knife,
state police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Jennifer L. Yelland was charged with prohibited offensive weapons for
possession of a ``butterfly'' knife. The weapon, whose blade emerges from a
case that then acts as a handle, is illegal, troopers said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Yelland also was charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking,
police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 According to state police: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 They were called to Shadowbrook Inn &amp; Resort on U.S. Route 6 just after 1
a.m. Saturday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Yelland had gotten into a fight with another woman inside the bar. Both
women were escorted outside and another argument occurred between them. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Yelland then pulled out the knife, but resort security personnel took it
from her and gave it to police. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was arraigned before District Justice Linda Baumunk in Dushore and
remanded to the Wyoming County Jail for lack of $10,000 bail. She will be
scheduled for a preliminary hearing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 State police said their investigation is continuing pending an interview
with the other woman involved in the alleged fight. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
