Ratowski charged third time with child sex offense

HANOVER TWP. &mdash; Township police said they are searching for Mark Mitchell-Switzer, 30, on charges he sexually assaulted a girl.
				An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for Mitchell-Switzer who may be staying with family or friends in the Philadelphia area.
				Police said Mitchell-Switzer failed to appear for an interview and ignored multiple messages. His cell phone has since been disconnected, police said.
				The arrest warrant stems from an investigation when a mother from Lee Park reported Mitchell-Switzer sexually assaulted her daughter, according to the criminal complaint.
				Police said the girl, who is under the age of 16, was questioned by a forensic interviewer at the Luzerne County Children&rsquo;s Advocacy Center disclosing the alleged sexual assaults.
				The girl claimed Mitchell-Switzer watched pornography and the assaults occurred when her mother was at work, the complaint says.
				Mitchell-Switzer is charged with four felony counts of indecent assault and a single misdemeanor count of corruption of minors. He is described in court records as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
