I Have Been Using My Vacation Time To Work At Other Hospitals, And It Has Been An Eye-opening Experience. Sometimes We Don't Know How Good Home Is Until We're Away. I Have Learned That I Work With A Group Of Nurses And Staff Who Are The Most Intelligent, Qualified, Hard-working, And Compassionate As Those At Any Hospital In Which I Have Worked. We Work Together Well And Learn From One Another. In Addi Tion, The Policies Of The Hospital Are Orga Nized, The Equipment And Supplies Are Modern And Available, And Our Doctors Generally Treat The Nurses And Patients With Respect And Are Good At What They Do. We Are Very Fortunate. We Have The Foundation To Build On. If We Pursue Excellence In Delivery Of Health Care With The Right Vision And Fo Cus, Our Community Can Be Proud Of Our Hospitals.
