PLYMOUTH - Experience usually wins over youth. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 It was no different Tuesday night as perennial power Allentown Central
Catholic's girls basketball team took home the Wyoming Valley West Tip-Off
Classic championship by defeating Wyoming Valley West 70-48. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tournament Most Valuable Player Jackie Adamshick put on an electrifying
performance, scoring 21 points, pulling down 11 rebounds and coming up with
eight steals. Guard Lindsay DiRomualdo complemented Adamshick's inside
domination with a constant flow of jumpers from the perimeter. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``We're a young team with lots of juniors and sophomores. Allentown has
played in a lot of big games and came out tonight loose,'' Valley West coach
Rich Nemetz said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Lady Spartans stayed with Central Catholic in the first quarter despite
seven turnovers. A driving layup by Jamie Kauczka gave Valley West an 18-17
lead after one. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A jumper by Stacy Pieczynski gave the Lady Spartans a 23-22 lead early in
the second quarter. Adamshick, however, scored 12 points and came up with
three steals during a 14-4 run and Valley West never regained momentum. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Central Catholic outscored the Lady Spartans 25-12 in the second quarter to
take a 42-30 lead into the locker room. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``She's just an unbelievable player,'' Nemetz said of Adamshick. ''She
killed us tonight. We knew she was their best player, but they have a lot of
weapons.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A Kauczka jumper brought Valley West within 44-36 two minutes into the
third, but the Lady Spartans could get no closer. Two three-pointers by
DiRomualdo gave Central Catholic a 60-40 advantage with 6:31 left to play. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Central Catholic's Emily Guman joined Adamshick and DiRomualdo on the
All-Tournament team. Completing the squad were Valley West's Kauczka and
Jessica Ohrin, Bishop O'Reilly's Molly Guntli and Pottsville Nativity BVM's
Jamie Marshall. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
