 Banks &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Closed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Colleges &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 All area colleges and universities will have classes. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Open for emergency services to veterans. Non-emergency services, such as
registration update or photo identification, will not be provided. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Federal Offices &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Closed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Housing Authorities &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The Luzerne County and Wyoming County Housing authorities will be closed
but the Hazleton Housing Authority will be open. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Luzerne County Career Link, Job Centers &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Closed. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Luzerne County Courthouse &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Some municipal offices such as Wilkes-Barre will be open while others such
