BUCK TWP. - Three teenagers have been charged in an October theft of an
all-terrain vehicle and dirt bike from a White Haven home, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Police said two juveniles attempted to burglarize the residence of Jeffrey
Shaffer, of Laurel Road, White Haven on Oct. 27. The plan was foiled when a
friend of the victim arrived. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On Oct. 31, two juveniles entered the house through a rear garage door and
removed a dirt bike belonging to Fred Shaffer, of Memorial Highway, Dallas,
and an ATV, police said. The property was taken to Bear Creek and transported
to Plains Township and Conyngham Township. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Police said the ATV was found in Bear Creek Township on Nov. 3, and
returned to Jeffrey Shaffer. The dirt bike was recovered on the Nov. 5 in
Conyngham Township and returned to Fred Shaffer. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Police said a 17-year-old male from Glen Lyon, Newport Township, is charged
with criminal attempt and conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen
property. A male, 16, of Buck Township, is charged with criminal attempt to
commit burglary, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. A male, 17, of
Bear Creek, is charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
