BOSTON &#8212; John Martino from Dallas was the 50th Pennsylvania runner to cross the finish line Monday at the 119th annual Boston Marathon.Martino, 30, finished the 26.2-mile course in 2:53.38. That placed him 50th among the 923 finishers from the state and 1,345th out of the 26,610 total finishers in the race.A field of 27,165 started.
