First Posted: 3/26/2014 Joe Coyne, former Wilkes-Barre Chief of Police and major benefactor, recently provided the Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons of St. Patrick with another significant donation to be used for its scholarship program. The Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons have granted over $32,000 in scholarships to various King&#8217;s College students over the last 16 years.
