First Posted: 3/8/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8211; Police are investigating a passenger of a vehicle firing four shots in the 100 block of South Welles Street early Saturday morning.
Police responded around 1:30 a.m. and spoke to a witness who said he saw a small white vehicle chasing a black Cadillac.
The man said he saw an arm raise up out the passenger side window of the white vehicle and saw a gun fired four times.
Police said one of the bullets struck the rear window of the man&#8217;s 1993 Honda and landed in the rear passenger door.
Both vehicles fled, police said.
