In reply to the letter to the editor by George Kochis (&#8220;Police chief passes buck,&#8221; April 28) about the chief not doing his job and sending drug addicts to other towns, you are so wrong.Did you ever think just maybe these drug addicts came from Kingston, Edwardsville or Wilkes-Barre, and they did nothing about them, instead they sent them to Larksville. That, Mr. Kochis, is passing the buck.As far as Chief John Edwards, he is doing a great job protecting his town and the people who live there, and I do believe he is not the type of man who would pass the buck to another town.Loraine J.
