First Posted: 8/23/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Pennsylvania Superior Court Justice Correale Stevens is to address the Wilkes-Barre North End Crime Watch group at their meeting Monday in St. Mary&#8217;s Byzantine Catholic Church social hall at 522 Madison St. The meeting starts at 7 p.m.
Stevens is to explain the criminal justice system and current trends with mandatory sentencing, Crime Watch President Charlotte Raup said.
The meeting is open to the public.
