Labor secretary sees green job growth

The judge assigned in the county court&amp;rsquo;s juvenile scandal has set a July 17 date to hear arguments from attorneys in cases heard by former county Judge Mark Ciavarella.
The attorneys have been asked to address whether all the cases adjudicated by Ciavarella should be vacated or if they must be sorted into groups and reviewed in stages. 
Senior Judge Arthur Grim, Berks County, appointed by the state Supreme Court to review the juvenile cases heard by Ciavarella, also asked for arguments on whether protection against double jeopardy should apply and thus require that charges be dismissed.
The attorneys&amp;rsquo; briefs are due by next Tuesday, and a hearing on the matter is set for July 17 in county court.
