<p>PLYMOUTH &#8212; Three men were jailed Wednesday on charges they played a role in an armed robbery at Dunkin&#8217; Donuts on West Main Street last month.</p><p>Police charged Mark William Jones, 23, of West Wall Street, Plymouth, Matthew John Palchanis, 23, of Vine Street, Larksville and Jonathan Burdulis, 22, of Salsburg Street, Plymouth, with criminal conspiracy to commit robbery. Jones was further charged with unsworn falsification to authorities related to an alleged false statement to police about the robbery.</p><p>The three men allegedly identified another man, who has not been charged, as the prime suspect.</p><p>According to the criminal complaints:</p><p>Jones, Palchanis and Burdulis told police they were hanging out with friends on Aben Street, Plymouth, when the prime suspect talked about robbing the Dunkin&#8217; Donuts and getting away with it on June 29.</p><p>The prime suspect instructed Palchanis to act as a look out behind Dunkin&#8217; Donuts and for Jones and Burdulis to pick him up on Beade Street.</p><p>Two Dunkin&#8217; Donut employees told police someone rang a buzzer to a side door as one of the clerks approached the counter, where a man wearing a bandana that partially covered his face and armed with a handgun demanded money. The armed suspect told the clerk to get on her knees, the complaints say.</p><p>The clerk told police she initially believed the robbery was a joke because she recognized the suspect&#8217;s voice.</p><p>Police allege in the complaints the armed suspect repeated his command to the clerk to get on her knees and empty the cash register.</p><p>Another clerk told police the armed suspect walked behind the counter and ordered him to empty the drive-thru cash register, the complaints say.</p><p>Police said the suspect ran out a rear door after the robbery.</p><p>Jones and Burdulis allegedly told police the suspect called them to pick him. While they drove away on state Route 11, the suspect tossed out a red hat in Larksville and sneakers he had worn near a baseball field on Church Street in Larksville.</p><p>Police allege the suspect counted the money and gave some cash to Jones, Palchanis and Burdulis, according to the complaints.</p><style>
