Wilkes-Barre police report several arrests related to spice

<p>Aside from a slight chance of showers, a mostly sunny day with high near 80 degrees is expected.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 61 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with clear skies kicking off the morning.</p><p>It looks to be mostly sunny today, with a high near 79. A slight chance of precipitation is possible this afternoon with showers after 2.pm.</p><p>Tonight will be mostly clear, with the low temperature falling to around 56 degrees.</p><p>Thursday should bring sunny skies and high temperature of 79 degrees, followed by a nighttime low of 54.</p><p>A chance of showers returns early Friday morning, mainly before 8 a.m. Otherwise, expect partly sunny skies and high reaching 80 degrees.</p><p>The chance of rain continues Friday night with a 20% chance of showers. The low will 59 degrees.</p><p>The weekend looks promising with sunny skies and highs near 80 on Saturday and Sunday.
