Regular inspection; in compliance. Violations: Observed a build-up of static dust on the fan guards in the walk in Keg cooler. End caps on protective shield on lights over the prep table, in front of the two-door reach-in refrigerator, in the kitchen are missing.Forks Family Restaurant, 1293 Foster Ave., White Haven, Aug. 12. Follow-up inspection; in compliance; no violations.Back Road Ale House, 1011 Main St., Swoyersville, Aug. 12. Regular inspection; in compliance. Violations: Raw eggs stored above ready to eat foods. This was corrected during this inspection and eggs were placed on bottom shelf. Scoop being stored in the ice machine with handle buried beneath the ice. Ice was removed and the ice machine was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection. Hamburgers are served raw or under cooked to the customer&#8217;s request; however, a written consumer advisory (on the menu, table tent, or placard) is not provided to the consumer. This was corrected during this inspection, stickers with consumer advisory were applied to menus. Observed dried cheese on the housing of the deli slicer, a non food contact surface. The slicer was last used yesterday. The slicer was cleaned and sanitized during this inspection.
