Plymouth man found unresponsive on sidewalk charged with drug possession

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Tazelle Curtis, 35, of Horton Street, was cited with two non-traffic citations for trespassing and public intoxication early Sunday morning.</p><p>Police say they found Curtis at a residence that he was previously told that he was not welcome at. Curtis was allegedly intoxicated when police found him.</p><style>
