<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Former city towing contractor Leo A. Glodzik III is almost ready to get out of county prison.</p><p>Glodzik, 44, of Wilkes-Barre, filed an application for parole Friday in Luzerne County Court, indicating he will have served his minimum prison sentence on Sept. 20.</p><p>The application, filed through Glodzik&#8217;s attorney Joseph F. Sklarosky Sr., says Glodzik has been on work release since beginning his three-to-12-month sentence on June 20 at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><p>A jury in May 2014 convicted Glodzik of theft. He still faces federal weapons charges and also bank fraud charges related to the Wilkes-Barre City Employees Federal Credit Union.</p><style>
