Police say man threatened to shoot and kill Sheetz employees

<p>Young members of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish at St. Aloysius Church in Wilkes-Barre and Exaltation of the Holy Cross Church in Hanover Township have begun preparing for the sacrament of confirmation. Fellow parishioners are asked to pick a name of a student preparing for the sacrament beginning Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12 and 13, at the church and pray for that student daily. Notes, a letter, written prayer or poem can be sent to the parish office, or place in the collection basket or the rectory mail slot. The sacrament of confirmation will be celebrated at St. Aloysius Church on Sunday, Oct. 25. For more information call 570-823-3791.
