<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Osterhout Free Library will hold its 11th annual gala from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. Sept. 25 at The Westmoreland Club. This year&#8217;s gala will have a &#8220;Breakfast at Tiffany&#8217;s&#8221; theme.</p><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s nice because it ties in with the famous movie most people know with Audrey Hepburn, but there&#8217;s also a story by Truman Capote and that was made into the movie,&#8221; library Development Director Chris Kelly said. &#8220;We think it&#8217;ll be a great night and we even expect some people to possibly dress up like Audrey Hepburn.&#8221;</p><p>Guests will enter The Westmoreland Club&#8217;s main area for cocktail hour where there will be a silent auction featuring approximately 50 items. They will then be relocated to a tented area outside where dinner will be served. After dinner, the Deja Groove Party Band will provide live music.</p><p>The Osterhout is selling raffle tickets at their four Wilkes-Barre locations to be drawn at the gala. The tickets are $25 or five for $100 and the winner will receive a two-night stay in New York City that&#8217;s tied into the night&#8217;s theme.</p><p>&#8220;The movie of course was set there on Fifth Avenue at the famous Tiffany&#8217;s store and so as part of the raffle people will take a chance to win a trip valued at $4,000,&#8221; Kelly said. &#8220;They will get a limo ride to and from the city, a two-night stay at the Waldorf and a $1,000 gift card to the Tiffany&#8217;s store. There&#8217;s also a trip to a Broadway show, dinner at Tavern on the Green and a horse-drawn carriage ride through Central Park.&#8221;</p><p>Tickets for the raffle will be available at the gala until 9 p.m., which is when Kelly expects to choose a winner. Gala tickets are available for $150 and include valet parking, dinner, dancing and open bar. Kelly hopes the event will raise between $2,000 to $5,000 dollars for the library.</p><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s just always a lot of fun for the community to come out and celebrate what the library offers,&#8221; Kelly said.</p><style>
