Flames damage three houses in Wilkes-Barre

<p>Austie&#8217;s Family Restaurant held a car cruise to benefit the Children&#8217;s Miracle Network. Cars and friends gathered in the parking lot of Austie&#8217;s to raise the money for children in need. In addition, the vehicles in attendance are voted on by Austie&#8217;s waitstaff and cooks. The winning car and owner received a plaque. Two more car cruises are being held the second Saturday of September and October. At the event, from left, are: Ken Tutorow, owner and winner of the 1940 Chevrolet pick-up; and Alice Matyas, owner of Austie&#8217;s Family Restaurant.</p><style>
