State Museum of Pennsylvania unveils new exhibit about the Pennsylvania Turnpike

<p>Morning traffic is moderate on Route 11 in the area of Northampton Street in Kingston.</p><p>Also, commuters traveling into Wilkes-Barre on Market Street in Kingston will encounter moderate to heavy traffic congestion in both directions this morning.</p><p>Moderate traffic congestion is being reported on Route 309 in the Back Mountain.
