<p>WILKES-BARRE - Officers were in the area of South Main Street at 2:45 a.m. on Saturday responding to an unrelated report of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.</p><p>They observed the listed suspect, Anthony Lawrence, 25 or Wilkes-Barre, laying on the ground, shoes off and found them to be highly intoxicated. The suspect was argumentative and belligerent with officers as he was arrested and transported to headquarters where he was processed on charges indicated.</p><p>The suspect was soon after transported to a local medical facility for treatment regarding a pre-existing condition.</p><p>Charges have been filed accordingly.</p><style>
