Police release names of Hanover Twp. crash victims

<p>Misericordia University has been selected to host Jason Best, Ph.D., a 2015-16 American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow, during the fall semester for the beginning of his fellowship.</p><p>Dr. Best is a professor of astronomy and astrophysics at Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, West Virginia. He also serves as the university&#8217;s astrophysicist overseeing the Shepherd University Observatory.</p><p>He earned his baccalaureate degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, and his doctoral degree in astronomy and astrophysics from Pennsylvania State University, State College.</p><p>Dr. Best will also work on a project for Misericordia that seeks to expand MU&#8217;s capabilities to help students who come to the University by nontraditional pathways to excel in the sciences.</p><style>
