<p>Commuters can expect a rough patch on Interstate 81 northbound on their drives into work this morning.</p><p>Major congestion is being reported on the interstate near the Greater Pittston area between Laflin and the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport causing heavy traffic and delays.</p><p>The South Cross Valley Expressway and areas of Interstate 476 are also experiencing areas of moderate congestion.</p><p>Highway 309 from the Back Mountain area is congestion free.</p><p>Scattered areas of minor congestion are being reported in Wilkes-Barre on Coal Street, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, River Street, North and South Main Street.</p><p>There are also patches of minor congestion on Wyoming Avenue between Forty Fort and Plymouth.</p><p>For more up-to-date-traffic information, be sure to visit the Times Leader&#8217;s<a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank"> https://www.timesleader.com/traffic.</a></p><p><a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank"></a></p><style>
