Commuters face some congestion this morning on their morning ride to work and school

<p>Wind and rain will greet residents today with a high of about 60 degrees.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 51 degrees as of 7 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with overcast skies kicking off the day.</p><p>Continued rain is expected through the nights with a low of 56.</p><p>Thursday brings somewhat of a reprieve with a cloudy start and a bit of sun predicted later in the day with a high of 59.</p><p>Thursday night is anticipated to be mostly clear with a low of 38.</p><p>Friday will be partly cloud with a high of 50, and a low of 30.</p><p>Be sure to check out our <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/weather" target="_blank">weather page</a> for the up-to-date forecast and radar!</p><style>
