<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man that police say they found passed out on the front porch of a random residence is facing public intoxication charges.</p><p>Police say they found James Daubert, of Wyoming, passed out on the porch of a residence on North Washington Street shortly after 10:30 p.m. Police observed that Daubert was &#8220;highly intoxicated.&#8221;</p><p>Daubert was arrested and transported to the police station, where he was issued a non-traffic citation. He was held until he was sober for his own safety.</p><style>
