Unconscious man found on front porch of residence charged

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Grove Street this morning, about two blocks from Dodson Elementary School.</p><p>Police were near a double-block residence near 134 Grove St. What appeared to be four bullet holes were visible in various places on the building.</p><p>A neighbor said that she was awoken at about 9:30 a.m. by the sound of four gunshots. When she looked out her window, she saw a young man running down the street away from the residence.</p><p>Police were seen questioning residents throughout the neighborhood. Some officers were clad in body armor and carrying rifles.</p><p>Scanner reports indicated that the suspected shooter may have been a young Hispanic male.</p><p><strong>Check back with the Times Leader for more information as it becomes available.</strong></p><style>

Man reportedly fired shots at household on Grove Street
