Prisons chief says effort to cut violence is showing promise

<p>WYOMING &#8212; Police are seeking a suspect in a burglary at Angelo&#8217;s Pizza &amp; Restaurant in the Midway Shopping Center at about 5 a.m. Sunday.</p><p>Police commissioner Michael Flanagan said an attempt to serve a warrant on Michael Ortiz, Plains Township, at his last known address earlier in the day had been unsuccessful.</p><p>Flanagan described Ortiz as 47 years old, 5 feet 11 inches, 175 pounds with a limp.</p><p>Police allege Ortiz used a rope ladder to climb into the building, stealing about $3,200 and causing substantial damage to equipment and electronics at the business.</p><p>Police ask that anyone with information about the suspect call 911.
