Decoding Dyslexia PA, a free community event discussing dyslexia in children, will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Butler Township Community Center, 415 West Butler Drive, Drums.Tina Marie Delong, one of the founding members, will discuss the warning signs in children and Decoding Dyslexia and how the organization can link families to resources, support, and educational interventions.Attorney Michael Connolly from Mc Andrews Law Offices will also be speaking about what to do when your child needs help. He will explain the evaluation process within schools and teach parents to be their child&#8217;s best advocate.Attorney Connolly lectures throughout the state to parents, educators, and attorneys on special education and other education law related topics.
