Decoding Dyslexia event to be held in Drums

<p>NESCOPECK &#8212; Police say a Nescopeck man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Tuesday in Columbia County.</p><p>Police say that Robin Pursel, age not given, was killed in the crash involving his motorcycle and a Chevrolet Monte Carlo.</p><p>Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of West Front Street in Berwick for a report of a two-vehicle crash. It was reported at the time of the crash that Pursel was lying in the roadway.</p><p>Police say that preliminary findings indicate that Brandon Shanyfelt, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was traveling east in his Monte Carlo. He began to turn into the parking lot of the Family Dollar, which is currently under construction.</p><p>At the same time, Pursel was traveling west on his motorcycle and collided with Shanyfelt&#8217;s vehicle as it attempted to turn into the parking lot.</p><p>Pursel was pronounced dead at the scene by the Columbia County Coroner Lori Masteller, and Shanyfelt was uninjured.</p><p>The crash is still under investigation, and investigators are currently awaiting toxicology results from both drivers.</p><style>
