Moderate to heavy traffic reported Friday morning

<p>Power has been restored to UGI customers on the West Side after a power outage resulted in nearly 1,000 customers without service on Thursday night.</p><p>UGI Electric&#8217;s service outage map indicates that two customers remain without power in Edwardsville and Luzerne.</p><p>UGI spokesman Joe Swope told the Times Leader on Thursday that a fire resulted in an equipment failure. He also believed a transformer also went out in the area.</p><style>
