Intoxicated man arrested after kicking pumpkins

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police will be keeping a closer eye for those driving under the influence as the Wyoming Valley celebrates Thanksgiving.</p><p>PennDOT spokesman Michael Taluto said in an email that the Luzerne County DUI Program will be conducting enforcement events. The enforcement started on Monday, and will extend through Monday, Nov. 30.</p><p>Police departments conducting the enforcement events will include Courtdale, Hanover Township, Plains Township, Wright Township, Jenkins Township and Wilkes-Barre.</p><style>
