<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A court hearing is scheduled for the end of the month on Luzerne County&#8217;s petition for a $20 million to continue operating while awaiting for the state to pass a budget and provide much-needed funding.</p><p>County Judge Fred Pierantoni set the hearing for 1 p.m. on Nov. 30.</p><p>County solicitor David Pedri filed an emergency petition today asking for a court order to fund the county&#8217;s unfunded debt.
