Court hearing scheduled Nov. 30 on county’s petition for $20 million loan

<p>The Bennett Presbyterian Church of Luzerne held their annual Halloween party and the winners of the Grand March were chosen. Games were played, prizes were awarded and a door prize was awarded one of the children. Everyone was treated to pizza, soda and goody bags with candy. Stella Falkowitz along with many helpers, coordinated the event. At the party, from left, first row, are: Julie Muller, Brinda Federici and Abby Davis.
