Rain, snow could fall this weekend

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police say a woman was arrested during a traffic stop after it was determined there are active warrants for her arrest.</p><p>When a man came to get her vehicle, he was also arrested when police determined he, too, had warrants for his arrest.</p><p>Police say they stopped Jennifer Bell, 40, of Hanover Township for a traffic violation on High Street. Along with the warrants, police also discovered that Jessica Bell was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Jennifer Bell then called Damion Bell, who came to retrieve the vehicle from the traffic stop. Police then determined that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Luzerne County.</p><p>Jennifer and Damion Bell were then transported to Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Jennifer Bell was also arraigned on new charges from the traffic stop.</p><style>
