Two arrested on warrants after traffic stop

<p>The Wyoming Area class of 2016 will be hosting a Pasta Dinner and Holiday Craft Fair from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 13 at the Wyoming Area Secondary Center cafeteria at 20 Memorial St., Exeter.</p><p>Tickets to the pasta dinner cost $8 and are available at the event or from any Wyoming Area senior class student. A ticket gets patrons a dinner, salad, drink and dessert as well as free admission to the craft fair. Diners are welcome to eat in or take out.</p><p>All proceeds benefit the Wyoming Area class of 2016.</p><style>
