<p>Areas of heavy traffic congestion could add some time onto the morning commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported throughout Interstate 476.</p><p>Some minor and heavy congestion is reported on Route 315 from East Main Street and extending south. Route 115 is reporting heavy traffic in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported the North Cross Valley Expressway, but some heavy congestion is reported on the on-ramps of Route 315.</p><p>Spring Street is reporting heavy Traffic congestion past Mundy Street and extending toward Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard.</p><p>The downtown area is reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion. Affected areas include:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; East Northampton Street</p><p>&#8226; Academy Street</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South Main street</p><p>&#8226; West Market Street</p><p>&#8226; East North Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South Franklin streets</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street in the area of South Welles Avenue.
