<p>Some scattered areas of traffic congestion could add some time onto this morning&#8217;s commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Routes 315, 115 and the North Cross Valley Expressway is are also free of any traffic congestion.</p><p>Some scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets surrounding the Wyoming Valley Mall.</p><p>Downtown, some scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and extending onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
