<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man faces charges after police responded to the 100 block of McLean Street for a report of people fighting in the street at 12:34 a.m this morning.</p><p>Police arrived to find Bell, who allegedly continued to be disorderly despite police telling him to stop.</p><p>Bell was then placed under arrest, when police allegedly found him in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police also said that Bell assaulted somebody at the scene and had an active warrant for his arrest stemming from a DUI charge.</p><p>Bell was lodged at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for arraignment. He is charged with simple assault and possession of marijuana.</p><style>
