<p>Some areas of congestion could add a couple of minutes onto the commute this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, Kidder and Mundy streets are reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown, scattered areas of heavy traffic congestion are reported on Wilkes-Bare Boulevard and extending onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Minor congestion is reported on East Market Street near North Pennsylvania Avenue.</p><p>Scattered areas of heavy congestion are also reported on North and South River Streets, while minor congestion is reported on West Market Street.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
