Guilty plea for Pittston man who stabbed police chief with ink pen

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; It&#8217;s the same type of business, but the strip club at the intersection of Mundy Street and Highland Park Boulevard has a new owner and a new name.</p><p>Teaser&#8217;s Gentlemen&#8217;s Club will open Jan. 7 at the site of the former Gentleman&#8217;s Club 10, said attorney Matthew Croslis, of Allentown. Croslis represents the club&#8217;s owners who include South Carolina attorney Harry T. Heizer Jr.</p><p>&#8220;The newly renovated building will allow Teasers to bring a new level of entertainment, nightlife to Northeast Pennsylvania. The new club will feature a full bar with exceptional service in a safe and comfortable environment,&#8221; according to a statement announcing the opening.</p><p>Unlike the former tenant that offered a bring-your-own-bottle club, Croslis said Teaser&#8217;s has a liquor license and will offer all-nude entertainment.</p><p>Croslis said there is a &#8220;big misconception&#8221; that alcohol cannot be served at all-nude clubs, adding the rules changed in 2006 to allow it.</p><p>Heizer and Donna Delbalso-Amato, of Delbalso Realty in Hanover Township, are listed as members of Jamme Holdings LLC which has the liquor license for the club and the adjoining Gametime Sports Bar &amp; Grill. The bar is separated from the club, but adult patrons will be able to go from one to the other, Croslis said.</p><p>The license, as well as having all the proper permits in place, were keys to opening the club, Croslis said Wednesday.</p><p>The former Gentleman&#8217;s Club 10 faced legal challenges before it opened its doors in March 2006. Two years earlier, former Luzerne County Judge Michael Conahan ruled in favor of the former owners who sought to open a strip club in leased space on the property in the heart of what has developed into the Wyoming Valley&#8217;s retail, dining and entertainment hub around the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.</p><p>The parties went to court over the township&#8217;s refusal to provide the permits to open. Conahan ordered the township to do so after determining it did not allow the owners a hearing on their application for zoning permits as required by law. From there, the township appealed to Commonwealth Court that later supported Conahan&#8217;s decision.</p><style>
