Throwback Thursday: Giardiasis causes water trouble in the ’80s

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police made two separate drug arrests within minutes and a few blocks of each other Tuesday.</p><p>&#8226; Courtney Tallet, 20, of Forest City, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. after police found her allegedly in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on East Northampton Street, police said.</p><p>Tallet was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to an online court document.</p><p>&#8226; Andrew Phillip Burden, 32, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. after police allegedly found him in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the area of Parkview Circle in the Sherman Hills apartment complex.</p><p>Burden was taken into custody and charged, police said.</p><style>
